This is the view of Potala Palace from the roof of our hotel. We hung out in Lhasa to adjust to the altitude. I went up on the roof of the hotel to play my guitar. It was difficult to operate at the altitude. My memory didn't work and my fingers seemed to be moving in slow motion. While singing, it was hard to get enough air to make it through each verse of a song. Every day got a little easier. I truly enjoyed playing music with all of Lhasa scrawled out before me.
