"Working for Vacation" was released as a single in Japan during 1999. The CD features three songs. Of course the first song is "Working for Vacation" from the album "Stereotype A". The CD includes lyrics of the title track in Japanese and English. In addition, artwork on the CD jacket is by Miho.

The CD also includes two numbers previously unrecorded by Cibo Matto. Track 2 is a song written by Roy Ayers titled, "Everybody Loves the Sunshine". Track 3 is a song called "Vamos A La Playa", the song was recorded in a motel room while the band was on tour in support of "Stereotype A".
